Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services. As such, I kindly ask that you provide AT LEAST 24-HOUR NOTICE FOR ALL APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION FEES WHICH APPLY AND ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED:

• Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service.

• If you no show for your appointment, you will be charged in full.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you. If I am able to accommodate you (for a shortened treatment time), a cancellation fee of $50 will apply.

And a final but important note: I reserve the right to permanently terminate services for any clients that fail to provide 24-hour notice, no-show and/or arrive more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment on more than TWO occasions.
